Commercial straw production at our Willoughby, Ohio facility. We focus on repeatable dimensions, clean packaging, and supply programs that work for distributors and food-service customers.
Production focus
Our manufacturing center of gravity is finished drinking straws, not bulk resin sales. Typical production steps include polymer extrusion into straw tube, dimensional control, cutting to length, wrapping or bundling, and packaging for commercial shipment.
Material sets differ by product line. PureStalk straws use plant-based PLA and PHA formulations. Additional polymer lines are developed separately as they move toward commercial readiness.

Wrapping & packaging

Custom & private-label manufacturing
We evaluate custom specifications, packaging artwork, and private-label programs based on material compatibility, tooling, and order volume. Not every request fits our current lines or schedule.
